It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We aim to process and ship all orders within the stated timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Belcuni is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed once the items are received and inspected.
Every purchase may include a unique code that grants access to our Origins Club rewards program. Rewards and prizes are subject to change and are offered at Belcuni’s discretion. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Belcuni products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a medical professional before using dietary supplements. Belcuni is not liable for misuse or side effects caused by incorrect use.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Amsterdam.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We ship orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
4.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Due to the nature of food supplements, returns are only accepted if products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
5.2 You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting [support@belcuni.nl].
5.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned item.
5.4 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Origins Club & Rewards
6.1 Gold Membership is automatically granted with a purchase. This provides access to exclusive giveaways, prize draws, and promotions.
6.2 Silver Membership (free registration) provides access to smaller discounts and promotions, but not to Gold-level rewards.
6.3 Rewards and prizes are subject to availability and may vary over time. No guarantees are made regarding the type, value, or frequency of rewards.
6.4 Belcuni reserves the right to modify or discontinue any rewards program at any time.
6.5 No legal claims can be made regarding promotional content, rewards, giveaways, or prizes.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belcuni is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
